• The cash desk is open daily from 8AM to 8PM, regardless of weather conditions.
• Vouchers purchased through the Exceptional Gift website and the Dream Catalogue, have a specific validity period stated on the voucher. It is not possible to extend the expiry date on the balloon.
• One ticket is for one person.

• If you are an individual, return of tickets possible for up to 14 days, at the ticket office or send a scan of the ticket with information on the method of payment to biuro@balonwidokowy.pl. Refund in the same form as the payment. Payment will be refunded within 30 days from the date of the refund request.

Standard flights will lift you to a height of about 150 meters, with the possibility of reaching the gondola’s maximum ceiling of 275 meters.
