Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales Observation Balloon

§1. General Information

  1. These terms and conditions define the rules for the sale, use, and refund of
    tickets for Observation Balloon flights.
  2. Ticket sales are conducted:
    a) online
    b) on-site – at the Observation Balloon ticket office.
  3. The purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

§2. Types of Tickets and Prices

Current ticket types and their prices are published in the “Buy a ticket”
section on the Organizer’s website. This information is current and may be
subject to change.

§3. Discount and Special Tickets

The rules for granting discounts and available special tickets are specified
each time in the current price list available in the “Buy a ticket” section. To
use a discounted ticket, a valid document confirming eligibility must be
presented when entering the Balloon. Failure to present such a document will
result in the requirement to pay the difference to the full ticket price.

§4. Rules for Using Tickets

  1. Flights operate 7 days a week, approximately between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and
    may operate longer in favorable conditions.
  2. Flights are carried out only under appropriate meteorological conditions.
  3. A flight may be canceled, interrupted, or shortened without prior notice due  to weather conditions.
  4. We do not accept flight time reservations due to the dependence of the service on weather conditions.
  5. The minimum flight duration is 10 minutes.

§5. Safety Rules

  1. The maximum number of passengers per flight is 30 people.
  2. The pilot makes the final decision regarding the number of passengers before each flight, taking current weather conditions into account.
  3. The Balloon may be boarded by:
  • children aged 4 and over,
  • persons under 12 years of age only when accompanied by an adult.
  1. The maximum permissible ground wind speed for conducting a flight is 13 m/s.

§6. Payments

  1. Online payments are made exclusively using:
  • DEBIT and CREDIT payment cards
  • instant bank transfers
  • BLIK
  • GOOGLE PAY
  • APPLE PAY
  1. The
    ticket office is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., regardless of
    weather conditions.

§7. Refunds

  1. A consumer has the right to return a ticket purchased online within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the ticket has not been used.
  2. Therefund will be made using the same payment method within up to 30 days
    from the submission of the request.
  3. Requests must be submitted by sending a scan of the ticket to:

  4. Tickets that are:
  • used,
  • expired,
  • purchased through intermediaries are not eligible for a refund.

§8 Complaints

  1. Unused tickets are non-refundable. Failure to use a ticket within its validity period is considered a resignation from the service due to the Participant’s fault and does not constitute grounds for a refund or an extension of the ticket’s validity.
  2. All complaints /requests, inquiries, claims/ should be submitted in writing to the following email address: biuro@balonwidokowy.pl
  3. A complaint should include: the name and surname of the person submitting it, the reservation number or ticket number, a description of the objections raised, and the Participant’s request
  4. The Organizer shall consider complaints within 30 days from the date of their receipt. The response to the complaint will be sent to the email address indicated by the Participant.
  5. Complaints regarding flight cancellations due to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, in particular weather conditions, are subject to the rules set out in other sections of the Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
  2. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  3. These terms and conditions come into force on the date of publication on the website.
