Regulations:

• Purchasing a ticket means accepting regulations
• Children under 4 years old cannot participate in the flights
• In the balloon area smoking, using e-cigarettes, consuming alcohol and drugs are forbidden
• We enter the platform through the gates after validating the ticket in the barcode leader
• Passengers are only allowed to enter the platform with the consent of the ground crew, after the balloon has landed, when the gondola is stationary on the platform
• It is essential to follow the pilot’s instructions
• During the take off and landing passengers have to position evenly in the gondola and hold the handrails
• Large bags, backpacks and other items indicated by the operator should be left before entering the gondola – on the platform – in a specially designated container
• Running and jumping inside the gondola is forbidden
• The pilot has the right to refuse boarding a passenger if he is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or there are justified fears that his participation in the flight may threaten the safety or cause discomfort to other passengers
• Any risk behavior during the flight, for example. Attempts of throwing any objects will be treated as an offense for which the offender shall bear criminal responsibility
• Putting a cell phone, camera, camcorder, and other items outside the gondola’s safety net will be treated as risky behavior
• Minimal flight duration – 10 minutes. The flight may be shortened due to bad weather conditions or discomfort of one of passengers.
